3.1.2.10. Removal and installation of an intermediate shaft

Cranked shaft and the block of cylinders

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove the ignition distributor (cм. Subsection 12.2.1.1 subitem 1-7) and the fuel pump (cм. Subsection 6.1.5 subitem 1-3). 2. To remove a belt of a drive of a camshaft (subsection 3.1.2.9 subitem 1-7 see). 3. To turn away a bolt of fastening and to remove a cogwheel of an intermediate shaft. To take out шпонку. 4. To turn away two bolts of a flange 3 epiploons of an intermediate shaft (fig. the Cranked shaft and the block of cylinders see) and to remove a flange with a sealing ring. 5. To take out an epiploon 2 of a flange 3. 6. Accurately to take out an intermediate shaft 4 of the block of cylinders. 7. To establish an intermediate shaft upside-down. Thus a new epiploon запрессовать in a flange and to grease a working edge of an epiploon with engine oil. Axial люфт a shaft should not exceed 0,25 mm.
