THE GENERAL DATA

Hydraulic pushers have not folding design and to repair are not subject.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To start and warm up the engine. To allow to it to work before fan inclusion.
2. During 2 mines to support frequency of rotation about 2500 mines-1.
3. If noise in a drive of valves is thus listened, means, is faulty one or several pushers. To define a faulty pusher it is necessary to uncover heads of the block of cylinders and to turn a cranked shaft clockwise so that tops of cams of a camshaft have been directed upwards from a checked hydropusher. To drown a pusher a wooden or plastic wedge and to measure by the indicator a free wheeling of a pusher which till the moment of opening of the valve should be no more than 0,1 mm. If the pusher free wheeling exceeds the specified value, a pusher replace.
