Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove the top cover of a drive of a camshaft (fig. of the Detail of a drive of a camshaft see). 2. To turn away bolts of fastening and to remove a pulley of the water pump. 3. To establish the piston of 1st cylinder in century of m. т. A compression step (both valves are closed). The label on a pulley of a cranked shaft should be combined with an arrow on the bottom cover of a drive of a camshaft. 4. To turn away four bolts and to remove a pulley of a cranked shaft. 5. To remove the bottom cover of a drive of a camshaft. 6. To weaken a nut of fastening of the mechanism of a tension of a belt and to turn a key эксцентриковую an axis натяжителя a belt counter-clockwise, to weaken a belt tension. 7. To remove a belt from cogwheels of a cranked shaft, рапределительного and intermediate shaft and with натяжителя the tension mechanism. 8. To turn away a nut and to remove натяжитель. 9. To turn away a bolt and to remove a cogwheel of an intermediate shaft, to take out шпонку. 10. To turn away a bolt and to remove a cogwheel of a cranked shaft, to take out шпонку. 11. To turn away a bolt and to remove a cogwheel from a camshaft, to take out шпонку. 12. To turn away bolts and to remove a back cover of a drive of a camshaft.

Assemblage and adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To establish a back cover of a drive of a camshaft and to tighten bolts of its fastening. 2. To insert шпонку into a groove on cranked to a shaft and to establish a cogwheel. To put on a carving of a bolt 14 hermetic, to screw a bolt with a washer and to tighten the moment 200 Н·м (20,0 кгс·м). 3. To insert шпонку into a groove on distributive to a shaft, to establish a cogwheel, to screw a bolt with a washer and to tighten the moment 80 Н·м (8,0 кгс·м). The label on a cogwheel should coincide with the top plane of a lining of a cover of a head of cylinders on the left side of the engine. 4. To insert шпонку into a groove of an intermediate shaft, to establish a cogwheel, to screw a bolt 12 with a washer and to tighten the moment 80 Н·м (8,0 кгс·м). 5. To establish the mechanism of a tension of a belt of a drive of a camshaft. 6. Temporarily to establish a pulley 4 cranked shaft on a cogwheel 13. The piston of 1st cylinder should be in century of m. т. To turn a cogwheel 11 intermediate shaft so that a label on it it was combined with a label on a pulley 4 cranked shaft, as is shown in drawing. 7. To put on a belt 9. 8. To turn a key 3 (fig. Adjustment and check of a tension of a belt of a drive of a camshaft see) the mechanism of 1 tension of a belt 5 clockwise for a preliminary tension of a belt.
