The device of a plug of deenergizing of coupling on models since 1988

1 – картер couplings;
2 – a spherical finger;
3 – the holder;
4 – a washer;
5 – a sealing ring;
6 – an epiploon;
7 – the directing plug;
8 – a spring clip;
9 – a plug of deenergizing of coupling;
10 – the bearing of deenergizing of coupling

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove a transmission.

2. To remove by means of a screw-driver a spring clip of fastening of the holder to a spherical finger.

3. To remove a plug of deenergizing of coupling with the bearing from the directing plug.

4. To remove the holder from a plug.

5. To take out the bearing from a plug.

6. To insert a finger of the holder into a plug.

7. To grease basic surfaces of a plug with graphite greasing and to establish a plug on directing plug. Thus the holder to establish on a spherical finger.

8. To establish a spring clip, having fixed the holder on a spherical finger.

9. To get the bearing of deenergizing of coupling in a plug at an angle 45 °. Then to establish it on the directing plug.
