THE GENERAL DATA

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish the car on a lay brake.
2. To establish basic bars under back wheels.
3. To weaken an inhaling of bolts of fastening of a forward wheel.
4. To raise and establish on support a forward part of the car.
5. To remove a wheel.
6. To turn away a fastening nut, to separate brake hoses and to muffle an aperture of the brake hose which has remained on the car.
7. To turn away two directing fingers (fig. Brake bracket firms Teves see), having removed preliminary Cleaning caps, and to remove the case Bracket.

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a protective cover (fig. Brake bracket firms Teves see) piston. To clamp the case Bracket in a vice with overlays of sponges from soft metal. To take out the piston from the cylinder, having submitted compressed air through the union for a brake hose and holding the piston with a hand or having enclosed a wooden lath.
2. To take out a sealing ring from the cylinder, using a wooden shovel. Application of metal subjects is not recommended, as it can lead to damage groove the cylinder under a sealing ring.
3. To unscrew the prorolling valve.
4. To wash out the piston and the cylinder a fresh brake liquid.

Survey and Troubleshooting case details Bracket

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To examine a working surface of the piston and the cylinder. At presence on working surfaces of the piston and the cylinder of wear tracks, corrosion, bowls and nick to replace the case Bracket complete with the piston.
2. The sealing ring and a protective cap of the piston are subject to obligatory replacement.

Assemblage

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To grease an internal surface of the cylinder with a fresh brake liquid.
2. To grease a new sealing ring with a fresh brake liquid and to insert in groove the cylinder.
3. To grease a new protective cover with a fresh brake liquid and to insert it in groove on the piston.
4. To insert the piston into the cylinder effort of fingers, without applying any tools, and by means of a screw-driver accurately to insert an external edge of a protective cover in groove the cylinder.
5. To grease the valve of prorolling with a fresh brake liquid and to screw it in the case Bracket.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
The case Bracket in an order, the return to removal is established. Thus to wrap two directing fingers the moment 25 Н·м (2,5 кгс·м), holding thus directing finger with a key. After installation to pump over undergone to repair a brake (subsection 10.15 see).
