THE GENERAL DATA

Suspension bracket connecting pads on an arm

1 – block the gauge of a corner of an advancing of ignition; black colour;

2 – block the gauge of frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft; grey colour;

3 – block the detonation gauge; red colour

Backlash check between the gauge of a corner of an advancing of ignition and a flywheel

1 – a bolt of fastening of an arm;

Backlash check between the gauge of frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft and a flywheel

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect Pads.
2. To turn away a bolt and to remove an arm with gauges.
3. To remove transmission, to get access to an engine flywheel.
4. To turn a cranked shaft so that a pin on a flywheel has appeared in cut under the gauge.
5. To establish an arm with the gauge into place and probeом to measure a backlash between a pin of a flywheel and the gauge of a corner of an advancing of ignition and a backlash between the gauge of frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft and a flywheel.
6. The backlash between a pin and the gauge of a corner of an advancing of ignition should be 0,45–1,25 mm, and between a flywheel and the gauge of frequency of rotation – 0,51–1,24 mm.
7. If the measured backlashes differ from specified, to replace an arm of gauges. It is possible to enclose also linings for increase in backlashes or abraded an arm for their reduction.
