1.11. Cruise-control
THE GENERAL DATA

Command keys the cruise-control

 1 – a key of inclusion of the cruise-control;

2 – an input key in "memory" of the set speed;

3 – the lever of switching of the index of turn and light of headlights

The part of cars is equipped by system of the cruise-control which allows to support the constant set speed of movement of the car (over 35 km/h) at the released pedal of an accelerator. Command keys are located by the cruise-control on the lever of the switch of the index of turns and light of headlights. On models with an automatic transmission cruise-control joins only at positions D and 2 levers of the selector.

The prevention

To use the cruise-control it is supposed at long movement on free lines. It is forbidden to use the cruise-control in city streets, in a dense stream, etc.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. For cruise-control inclusion to move a key 1 in position EIN.
2. After dispersal of the car till demanded speed to press a key 2. Further the set speed is supported automatically and it is possible to clean a foot from an accelerator pedal.
3. At short-term increase in speed (for example, at overtaking) to press an accelerator pedal. After a pedal have released, speed will automatically decrease to the set constant.
4. If it is necessary to increase the set speed of movement, to press a key 2 and to keep it until demanded speed will be reached.
5. By pressing a pedal of a brake or couplings cruise-control is temporarily disconnected. At release pedals the set speed is restored.
6. For cruise-control switching-off to move a key 1 in position AUS. Thus set speed remains in "memory".
7. For restoration of the set speed to move a key 1 in position AUFN.
