THE GENERAL DATA

Flywheel, cranked shaft, the oil pump

1 – the oil pump;
2 – a lining of the oil pump;
3 – the block of cylinders;
4 – a lining of the holder of an epiploon;
5 – the holder of an epiploon;
6 – an epiploon back a cranked shaft;
7 – a flywheel;
8 – the bearing of a primary shaft of a transmission;
9 – the bottom loose leaf of the radical bearing;
10 – a cover of the radical bearing;
11 – a bolt of fastening of a cover of the radical bearing;
12 – the receiver of the oil pump;

On cars with automatic transmission instead of a flywheel it is established driving a disk. A removal and installation order drive a disk same, as for a flywheel.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To mark mutual position of a flywheel and a cranked shaft.
2. In regular intervals to turn away bolts of fastening of a flywheel on 1–2 turns.
3. Gradually in regular intervals to turn out bolts of fastening of a flywheel and to remove a flywheel 7.
4. To establish a flywheel (driving a disk) upside-down. Before installation to put on a carving of bolts of fastening of a flywheel hermetic. Bolts to tighten the moment 100 Н·м (10 кгс·м). If driving a disk replaced new, to check up and if it is necessary to adjust its position. The distance from a back wall of the block of cylinders to an adjusting surface of the transformer on приводном a disk should be 17,2–18,8 mm. To adjust position drive a disk it is possible, having established between it and cranked shaft a lining.
