Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a lock ring 2 and an adjusting washer 3 from a primary shaft.
2. To remove a gear wheel of 4 4th transfers.
3. To remove the needle bearing 5 and to mark it.
4. To remove a lock ring 7.
5. To mark position coupling and naves of the synchronizer concerning a shaft.
6. To press the synchronizer 8 in gathering with blocking rings 6 both 9 and a gear wheel of 10 3rd transfers (putting effort to a gear wheel of 3rd transfer).
7. To remove the needle bearing of 11 gear wheels of 3rd transfer and to mark it.

Assemblage

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish on a primary shaft the needle bearing of 11 gear wheels of 3rd transfer, preliminary having greased it Transmission with oil.
2. To establish a gear wheel of 10 3rd transfers.
3. To establish the synchronizer of 3rd and 4th transfers in gathering with blocking rings according to earlier made labels.
4. To establish a lock ring 7.
5. To establish the needle bearing 5 and a gear wheel of 4 4th transfers on a shaft.
6. To establish an adjusting washer 3 and a lock ring 2.
7. To check up with the help probe an axial backlash between a gear wheel of 4th transfer and an adjusting washer which should be 0,10–0,40 mm. If the backlash does not correspond specified, to pick up a new adjusting washer 3 demanded thickness and to replace. In spare parts adjusting washers 3,47 are delivered in the thickness; 3,57 and 3,67 mm.
