THE GENERAL DATA

The screw of adjustment of quality (structure) of a mix of carburettor Keihin

1 – the screw of adjustment of quality (structure) of a mix;

2 – a control lever throttle flap the first chamber;

3 – a pneumodrive air flaps

 
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove the carburettor and to substitute under it a beaker.
2. To take away the lever from the automatic starting arrangement and to fix it in this position, having inserted a core in diameter of 12 mm between the lever and the carburettor case.
3. Smoothly ten times completely to open and close throttle flap the first chamber, putting it in action the accelerating pump.
4. To measure quantity of fuel in a beaker, the received value to divide into ten. The result is pump giving for one cycle. For one cycle the accelerating pump should submit (0,82±0,12) fuel sm3.
5. If it is necessary to adjust productivity, slightly turn in the lever (fig. of the Detail of carburettor Keihin see) in a fastening place slide springs.
